The WJ Weeden Postgraduate Research Scholarship was made possible by a generous donation to the University from the late Mr W J Weeden, OBE, who was for many years a valuable member of Council, and esteemed 兔子先生 staff member Margaret Weeden.
The Weeden Scholarship is awarded to applicants of exceptional research potential undertaking a Doctor of Philosophy course.
The Scholarship provides support to post graduate students across a variety of disciplines. The Weeden Trust is currently funding 15 of the University's most promising PhD students in Education, Sciences and Engineering and Applied Science.
