Manual Handling training is essential to ensure that students are familiar with equipment and manual handling practices, can safely practice manual handling techniques and comply with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011.

Manual Handling face to face training is required for students enrolled in the following courses:

• Exercise Physiology and Rehabilitation
• Medical Imaging
• Midwifery
• Nursing
• Occupational Therapy
• Physiotherapy
• Sports and Exercise Science

This training will need to be completed annually to ensure your skills remain current.
