This unit develops business project managers and leaders who are future ready and globally oriented. It teaches the philosophies, strategies, approaches, processes, tools, and techniques that are essential to project management. It equips the students with capabilities and skills required in a project's life cycle, from initiation, planning, implementation, to delivery and completion. Further, it stimulates the students to develop innovation and entrepreneurship, independently and collaboratively, to advance new thinking and practice of project management. The teaching and learning involve not only hands-on project management, but also interpersonal skills, communication, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and leadership. These attributes enable the students to tackle challenges and wicked problems of project management to ensure success in a rapidly changing business environment characterised by increasing competition, disruption, and uncertainty.
