The painting is supposed to be a visual representation of what it's like going through life with anxiety. The eyes are symbolic of various people in your life, the littlest ones are the people on the street and strangers. The medium to large ones are family and friends and the big one at the top is yourself. The painting is meant to be a self-insert of the viewer, as the silhouette does not have any defining features.
