Time for the biggest event of O-Week: the ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúLifex O-Week Market Day! With stalls from ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú social, academic, cultural and sporting clubs, there’s no doubt that you will be able to find your people. If none of them interest you, there will be plenty of ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú teams and local organisations who will be able to help you out!  

If even that doesn’t interest you, perhaps free stuff will? ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉúLifex, our clubs and other local organisations will be offering freebies on the day. So why wouldn’t you want to come? If you can only attend one event of O-Week, this is your one stop shops for everything ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú! 

Market Day has a range of stalls that fill ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Refectory and line ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Concourse in the centre of campus. This event has a high volume of crowds and can be quite busy in peak times. If you would like to join us when it's quieter and less crowded, we recommend either coming at the start (from 10am) or towards the end (before 2pm). There will be lots of free goodies from businesses, internal and external from the University, that are most certainly worthwhile grabbing. All stalls are located on the same level, with access to ÍÃ×ÓÏÈÉú Refectory through the elevators behind Mizzuna café. 

The Social Intensity Scale for this is 5/5 as you will be continuously interacting with various attendees and stallholders, with large crowds, loud music and loud chatter often around. 

We are always flexible and willing to work with our students so we want to hear from you if there are any accessibility requirements that will make it easier to attend our event!
